If Vantage suffers from anything, it’s a lack of an identity. Inside it has big screens for sports (and tried out a football-themed Saturday brunch last year), sofas to lounge on and weekly drinks nights aimed at ladies, while outdoors it has a fabulous terrace looking north towards Downtown, with a space for shisha, too. Being attached to a mall, perhaps means it needs to be all things to all people, but the mix of people inside always seems a little confusing. What isn’t confusing is the fantastic view, the great array of craft shops, and the quality of cocktails on offer. It’s not the cheapest place, but if you live nearby, there are far worse options.
