Having set Dubai’s summer months alight with our sizzling weekly line-up of international selectors including stand outs and sell outs from Yaya (Desolat), Einmusik (Diynamic), Adam Shelton (One Records), Robert Dietz (Desolat), Enzo Siragusa (Fuse), Priku [a:rpia:r] and an unbelievable finale with Karmon (Diynamic), we thought it was again time to do what we do best and bring to Dubai truly legendary and never before seen artists and boy have we done that with our next guest.
On Friday October 14 we are bringing to ON42 an artist that was simply untouchable for much of the 2000’s as one half of Swedish electronic act Minilogue, releasing seminal records such as the Hitchhikers Choice EP on Crosstown Rebels, The Leopard EP on Traum Shallplatten and Elephants Parade on Wagon Repair, plus sprawling electronic masterpeices such as Inca (Wir), Hispionala and Jamaica (Cocoon). The list goes on and on. Fast forward to present day and you will find an artist with unquestionable credentials, whether it is Sebastian’s classical training, years spent honing his adaption of hardware or his undeniable studio prowess which has resulted in his solo projects finding homes on Ovum, M_nus, Drumcode, Hypercolour and Mule Musiq.
